The PADP offers true off-season training, delivering cutting-edge speed and agility training and advanced strength, and power development. Reserved for collegiate athletes, high school upperclassmen, and exceptional underclassmen needing a greater challenge, this program is essential for your pursuit of the next level. Whether you’re building for a championship season, preparing for a combine, chasing a scholarship, or working to make the varsity team, the PADP is the high school athlete training program for you.

ELITE ATHLETE DETAILS

In sports, speed wins. In the EADP, athletes will run faster, hit harder, throw with more velocity, and reduce their risk of injury as they master proper technique and efficient performance of field-proven multi-direction plyometric, speed, and agility drills. They’ll advance through multiple Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting progressions in a collegiate-style program scaled to the middle school/ high school athlete and instructed by battle-tested degreed and certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches. This middle school athlete training program was designed by athletes, for athletes, to properly develop athletic foundation and improve upon it year-round

Get your Elementary School athlete off to the right start. Our Youth Athlete training program establishes healthy foundations of movement and athletic skills. There’s a window of opportunity in a child’s development where they are most receptive to new motor programs, as well as the concept of emotional maturity. We offer traditional private personal training and small group training at our facility with flexible scheduling options for adults and youth athletes alike.
